Rules and Regulations

  • Management reserves all the right of admission.
  • This is a self-service home-stay; there will be no room service.
  • Housekeeping service will be provided only once a day (Within 9AM-5PM, on demand basis).
    Bed linen will be changed every third day.
  • Guests are requested refill their water bottle from the RO water jar provided in the corridor.
  • Mineral Water and Tea are available in the reception for purchase
  • Disposable plate and glass can be provided in the room on demand basis.
    The main gate opens at 7AM and closes at 11PM.
  • We do not have food service but you can order food online (food delivery app) or from our food vendor (Cash on delivery basis).
  • Check-in 12:00 noon, Check-out 11:00 AM.
  • For group booking, check-in time is 2:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable and subject to room availability.
  • 50% “advance payment” is mandatory at the time of reservation.
  • Entire payment must be cleared at the time of check-in.
  • Each guest is required to carry a Govt. approved ID card with address proof & relationship proof (only for couple).
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed.
    Visitors are not allowed in the room.
  • Extra person will not be entertained without prior intimation.
  • International guest must carry a passport with valid visa.
  • Booking is liable to cancellation on failure to produce necessary documents at the time of Check-in.
  • Any damage made to the property / room amenities by the guest is chargeable.
  • Security personnel have all the right to check your belongings.
  • Alcohol / narcotics are strictly prohibited in the premises.
  • No refund for unused nights or early check-out.
  • No refund in the festive seasons.

Cancellation Policy

Up to four rooms:

  • Cancellation 15 days or more prior to check-in- Full refund of the “advance payment”.
  • Cancellation 10 days prior to check-in- 50% of the “advance payment” will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in- 25% of the “advance payment” will be refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to check-in- No refund.

More than four rooms:

  • Cancellation 30 days prior to check-in- 25% of the “advance payment” will be refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in- No refund
